Notes: ABSENTEE BIDDING TIPS:
1. Before you can bid on any of the items, you must first register for a bidder's number. Click on the "Register" link above
which will lead you the registration form.
Check the box that you have read and agree to the terms of this auction and click “Submit Registration Form”.
2. Minimize the screen and open up your email program, and within seconds you will receive a confirmation that you are registered to bid and you bidding number will be in that email.
3. Pull the bidding form back up and scroll to the bottom and enter your bidding number and password and click on “Review Bids”.
4. At the top of the next screen enter the lot number or keyword of the first item you would like to bid on or search for it by going to the Details. (You can see all the entries for each category at once by selecting the category.)
5. When that item comes up, enter your starting bid and your max bid and click “submit bids”
6. You will receive a note your bid has been entered and at the bottom there are buttons to “submit bid” or “cancel bid”. If you made an error, you would want to cancel the bid and make a correct one. If your bid is correct, click submit bid the second time to finish the process. You will receive a confirmation or a message indicating the status of your bid. If your bid is below someone else's max bid, you will receive the message that your bid was received but is not the high bid.

If the item you are bidding on later has received a higher bid than the one you added, you will receive an email informing you of your bid status.

Terms: TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cash or good personal check. Not responsible for accidents. Number system will be used with proper ID. Successful buyers from the absentee bidding form will be notified by email of purchase price, shipping and insurance costs. Upon arrival of a cashier's check or money order made out to Folger's Auction Service, Inc. the item will be sent the following day in the best manner possible. Checks should be made out to Folger's Auction Service, Inc. and mailed to same at 1878 Knox Rd. 2150 E, Williamsfield, Illinois 61489.

Specific to this auction before registration will be completed and a buyer number issued.
You will submit your information when registering including mailing address. If this information is inaccurate, your account will be pulled and you will not be allowed to continue to bid.
After submitting your bidding information, an email notification will be sent to you informing you of your bidding number. Once you receive the e-mail notification, you are then allowed to place absentee bids on any items in this auction. The email notification of your bidding number should come within an hour after registration.
