Lundeen Auction is a licensed FFL dealer. All firearm buyers must complete a simple NICS backround check prior to delivery. All long gun and ammo buyers must be at least 18 years of age. All handgun and handgun ammo buyers must be at least 21 years of age and a MN resident. NO SHIPPING AMMO

NOTE: ALL HANDGUN BUYERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PERMIT TO PURCHASE OR CARRY ALL OUT-OF-STATE FIREARM BUYERS MUST HAVE FIREARMS SHIPPED TO FFL DEALER IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE.

Sales tax: MN SALES TAX will apply to all sales

Lundeen Auction Ending bid rules do apply:
This auction will close 3 item per minute, starting at posted time.
At The Close of The Auction Active Items Will Remain Open Until No Bids Have Been Received for four Minutes. Buyer will be notified the morning after auction end if they were the winning bidder.

All items must be picked up on or before scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to pick-up on scheduled dates please call Derek at Lundeen Auction prior to bidding to make other arrangments.

Shipping: Lundeen Auction charges normal shipping cost's plus handling fee's. USPS, UPS, or Speedy is availible. All shipping must be paid in full by buyer. Please feel free to call for more info regarding shipping. Firearms will be shipped to licensed FFL dealers only. No shipping ammo.

Lundeen Auction & Appraisers does not warrant the condition or working order of any item, you are buying items "AS IS", no warranty. Lundeen Auction is not responsible for discrepancies in descriptions. Please inspect items in person. No refunds will be applied to any order.

Payment can be made with Good Check, Cashiers check or Cash. No Credit Cards
